Girsh Park is the home of Cool Brook Fitness Boot Camps.  These classes meet in various locations around the Park.  Bring a towel and be ready for a great workout.  All are welcome!  These classes are for all levels of athletes.  Check out their website for schedule and reviews by clicking on their links below.

- first class free, $15/ per class after that, or $10/class when buying a package of 5 sessions
