Rotary Community Room and Group Picnic Area

The Rotary Community Room and Group Picnic Area is the perfect venue for any corporate event, meeting, birthday party, wedding, etc.  The room is located immediately next to the playground, Harriett Phillips Meadow, and restrooms.  Inside you will find a refrigerator, microwave, sink, food prep counter, and tables and chairs for about 40 people.  Outside in the Group Picnic Area there is seating for 50 plus people, a barbecue, and plenty of grassy space to play.

You can obtain a permit to have an inflatable jumper for an additional $35.  We have barbeques for rent, if you require a larger grill.  If you are planning on serving alcohol or having any kind of music, then you must obtain a permit for any of these uses from the Girsh Park Office.  The Community Room and Group Picnic Area must be rented together on any weekend throughout the year.  Caterers must be approved by the Girsh Park Office, and outside tables and chairs may only be used with permission from the Girsh Park Office.
